With ergonomics principles in mind, at first we create original projects of the steering wheels. Next step is to prototype them, produce moulds and finally start the production process.
Steering wheel reshaping
We modify the shape of the steering wheels, enhancing their ergonomic features and the design itself. We use the polyurethane injection technology, which allows us to produce a steering wheel perfectly suitable for a customer and car purpose.
Steering wheel upholstering
We upholster the steering wheels using high quality Nappa and perforated leather or Alcantara. The steering wheels design can be also diversified by stitchings, embossings or laser engraved themes.
